Event Planning

Full-Service Wedding Planning

Designed for the couple who is looking to hire a full team of event planners and designers to plan, design, and execute the wedding day and every detail that goes with it.

Package Includes

  • Unlimited hours of consultation by email + phone 
  • In-person planning + design consultation 
  • Personalized planning tools
  • Monthly check-ins (phone, in-person as needed) 
  • Attend certain vendor meetings
  • Final walk-through 4-6 weeks leading up to your date
  • Vendor coordination + communication
  • Develop a day-of timeline, vendor contact list + coordination sheet
  • Rehearsal coordination for 1 hour 
  • Day-of coordination for up to 12 hours – Lead Planner + Assistant
  • Advice + etiquette in regard to industry standards

Partial Wedding Planning

Designed for the couple who already begun the planning process but requires guidance with selecting vendors, wedding design, florals & decor, and day-of management.

Package Includes

  • Unlimited hours of consultation by email + phone 
  • In-person consultation to discuss current planning process + wedding design (6+ months leading up to your date)
  • Monthly check-ins (phone, in-person as needed) 
  • Attend floral and decor vendor meeting
  • Final walk-through 4-6 weeks leading up to your date
  • Vendor coordination + communication
  • Develop a day-of timeline, vendor contact list + coordination sheet
  • Rehearsal coordination for 1 hour 
  • Day-of coordination for up to 12 hours – Lead Planner + Assistant

Coordination

Day-of Management + Coordination

Designed for the couple who is planning the entire wedding themselves but requires assistance with managing the logistics on the day-of. We will be onsite to manage and execute your wedding and make sure all the planning you have done comes together. 

We offer two Coordination packages | ‘Standard Coordination Package (10-Hour) + ‘Full-Day Coordination Package’ (12-Hour)

Packages Include

  • Unlimited hours of consultation by email + phone
  • Venue tour + in-person consultation two months leading up to your date
  • Vendor coordination + communication 1-2 weeks leading up to your date
  • Develop a day-of timeline, vendor contact list + coordination sheet
  • Rehearsal coordination for 1 hour 
  • Day-of coordination for up to 10 hours or 12 hours – Lead Coordinator + Assistant
  • Advice + etiquette in regard to industry standards

Custom Floral Design

Designed for the couple who is looking for custom florals to complete the overall design of the wedding. Every floral design we create is custom and we make sure to work with you to stay within budget.
