Our Full Planning Service is designed for the couple who is looking to hire a wedding planner and designer to plan, design, and execute the wedding day and every detail that goes with it. Sit back and relax! We will take care of every aspect of your wedding from finding the perfect vendor team to managing all the logistics of the wedding day.

SERVICE INCLUDES

  • Initial consultation – complimentary call before booking services
  • Three planning and design consultations (1.5 hours each)
  • Vendor recommendations, selection of vendor team, final vendor meetings
  • Complete custom event design
  • Check-ins and to-dos emails; unlimited email communication and scheduled phone calls
  • Online planning tools (Aisle Planner); personalized budget, checklist and tools
  • Attend up to three vendor-client meetings
  • Floor layout planning; final walk-through leading to your date
  • Final in-person meeting to discuss and finalize day-of logistics and timeline
  • Vendor management and communication during the entire planning process; main point of contact
  • Rehearsal management with the officiant (1 Hour)
  • Wedding management and execution for up to 12 hours on the day of the wedding by your Lead Planner and Associates
  • Personal decor set up and tear down such as a guest book, gift/cards table items, place cards, programs, table numbers, etc
  • Access to NAED decor rental inventory

AVAILABLE ADD-0N SERVICES

  • Set up & tear down packages – for rentals/decor other than personal decor items such as linens, chargers, etc
  • Room flip led by NAED
  • Additional day-of hours
  • Event Design – for additional design work outside the project scope of this service
  • Planning Hours – for additional planning hours outside the project scope of this service
  • Day-of Paper – design and printed goods
